The Role

The CRM Manager is brand new role at Carpetright. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and success driven marketer to join our Marketing team. You will manage on our newly created CRM programme and will create, develop and execute the CRM strategy across all customer segments.

The role will suit a customer focused individual with a passion for data. You will have significant experience in a similar role ideally from an e-commerce or lead generation background. You will work closely with the wider brand, digital marketing, trade and analytics teams to address customer specific opportunities, using data and insight to identify customer life-time values and model segmentation to drive customer value and retention.

You will be a hands-on, collaborative marketer ready to develop and grow this exciting new marketing channel for Carpetright.
