The Role

This is a temporary to permenant vacancy.

The Co-ordinator will enable the Director of Store Development and the Commercial Director as well as their respective teams to make best use of their time and expertise by providing an efficient, proactive and professional administrative and secretarial support service.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities


  • Effective diary management for both directors including the effective prioritisation of meetings as required.
  • The preparation of daily files and schedules as required.
  • The monitoring and management of emails and correspondence as required.
  • The fielding of calls as appropriate.
  • The preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • The coordination of travel arrangements/itineraries
  • Management and processing of expense claims for the Directors.
  • Management of the PO system for the department.
  • Day to day management of budgets.
  • C-ordinate the tendering process for contracts in compliance with Company policy.
  • Processing invoices on SAP
  • Preparation or Powerpoint Presentations
  • Organising refreshments for meetings and as required.
  • Maintenance of attendance records/timesheets for the Store Development team.
  • Take minutes at meeting as required. 
  • General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing.
  • Provide support as required to other administrative areas of the business where required.
  • To adhere to all Company policies and procedures
  • To undertake all required training and development
  • To undertake any tasks as reasonable requested by management


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous PA experience
  • Strong time management and organisational Skills
  • Confident and resilient
  • Flexible, can-do attitude
  • Intermediate to Advanced IT Skills: Must have excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
