The Role

Are you an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge?

We're looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to manage and optimise performance channels and help us to achieve substantial growth.

You will join an ambitious marketing team with an increasing strategic focus on digital performance media, to take ownership of this function- PPC, Paid Social, programmatic and SEO Outreach. You’ll primarily work alongside the internal Brand and Digital teams as well as other business units including Buying and Retail Operations.

You will be curious and a quick learner, you will learn about our product and verticals and be able to understand the differences between our key audience segments.

Knowledge of online analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, EPiServer Insights is required.

Ideally you will have a background in Digital Performance Marketing with strong understanding of performance marketing principles – especially in an online environment – and a practical knowledge of media planning principles.
