We are looking for an FM Helpdesk Team Leader based in our head office in Purfleet, Essex

You will be asked to manage field maintenance work, schedule the workload for our internal team and oversee the Biffa account

You will be asked to respond to all queries/complaints, assist the Facilities helpdesk when required and support the Facilities Manager

Whilst a maintenance background isn't essential it is preferred. This is a busy role that requires a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and deal with both stores, head office functions and suppliers

A good knowledge of microsoft packages is essential together with strong written and oral communication

This is a new role based at our Purfleet office in Essex (2 minutes from the M25).
